LFA 30 Millender vs Barnes Live Free. Welterweight Curtis Millender has won his last five fights, and the most recent was a knockout with a kick. His last three were in the upper classes under the supervision of UFC-matchmaker. And after tonight, he will have the headlines of three direct events.
Ask Millender (13-3) if he should be in the UFC, and his answer is not ambiguous. “Now he’s late,” he told MMAjunkie radio. “I definitely should be there. He does not know if his next fight, as well as the AXS TV show with Nick Barnes (12-2) today at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, California, is one of the last obstacles to the big show. Maybe But, as he sees it, he is running out of options.
“I really feel that after the beating of Nick Barnes, nobody in the smallest circle will win,” said Millander. “It’s time for me to demonstrate talent around the world and fight with the best guys in the world.”
The UFC at welterweight is one of the deepest in the sport, so Millander will certainly have his hands if he receives a call.
First, you must defeat Barnes. And, given the competition with UFC contracts, you should probably do so domineeringly.“It’s going to be awesome, because that’s what I’m going to do,” Millander said. “I will definitely not go there to win, I’m going there to master my battles, I’m preparing for a war, but I’m waiting for a lockout.
